This company is a scam! All they do is take your money. Stay away from Lexington Law Firm. They tell you what you want to hear when you sign up, but then never do anything. I had one negative item on all 3 of my reports and after over 4 months not only did nothing happen, they never sent any disputes to the credit companies. I got an email asking if they wanted me to dispute the items after 4 months. What a joke. Then when you call, you can only talk to a paralegal in India or Bangladesh. SCAM

Horrible Company
This company is a rip off and have horrible customer service. I joined the website with my husband to clean up our credit. We were charged $129 for both of us as a work fee. I had a conversation with a couple of reps about Experian not being able to use any of their drop down explanation to verify our accounts. I was just trying to figure out what else could be done and was very unhappy, The last rep I spoke with was rude and said they can't help what Experian does, When I told them I wanted a refund, they told me I couldn't have it because of some 5 day grace period. Which I didn't quite understand since they charged me the same day I was chatting with them. I didn't get any kind retention. She went on to cancel my service and they didn't even do the so called work for their work fee. My husband and I were cancelled and they took our 129 and kept going. Crooks is all I can say!! Don't go to them, I don't care how many so called good reviews they have here. I have read plenty of bad ones, and I should have kept looking for a decent company to help with our credit repair.

This place is a FRAUD..
This place is a FRAUD... do yourself a favor and do not waste time or money on there broken promises. When I first got pitched to sign up with them they clearly said that a light case like mine should take no longer then 4 to 5 months to be complete. As of today it has been 8 months and my case is 43% complete. They have not done a single thing to improve my credit in months. $129 a month for them to DO nothing but broken promises. I even gave them the benefit of the doubt and stuck it out for 4 extra months still same ole b.s and another $500 down the drain!!! When I called asking for information on why nothing is progressing i got the same automated read off the computer screen answers that they give all
Of there clients. Bottom line.... if i can rate this business 0 stars I would!! DO NOT sign up. Your credit score will go down and they will open accounts that were already closed making creditors input negative reviews and lower your credit score!! Good luck

Trustpilot needs to explain how this…
Trustpilot needs to explain how this terrible company has so much 5 star reviews when it’s quality of service is really trash. I signed up and used Lexington law for a year to fix my credit which was in mid 500s so I can qualify for a home loan. Nothing worked with them for that duration of time and I consider may payment to them a total loss. I had to sign up with another company to get my point up. ( used royalblade services and was excellent)

Never agreed to their services and got charged $130!!!
Rep mislead and misinformed me about their process. I was then convinced to agree to a $5 charge that would send me a detailed overview of my credit report. Then i was told that I wouldn't be charged for the full service if I didn't call back to agree to move forward with their services. I called back on Saturday but found out they were not open to take my call. I was then charged for a full price for a service I never wanted over the weekend and couldn't dispute it at the time. Called right away on Monday to cancel and get my refund but was told I can only get half of it returned because it was past the 5 day deadline (which was never disclosed and a separate rep told me it was 5 business days). I never agreed to sign up with their services but only agreed to the initial $5 charge.

LEXINGTON LAW, SCAM, LIARS
I would not even give Lexington Law 1 star, if that were an option. Sorry, my reviews will be truth, not what everyone want to hear. I was coerced into a $4.99 fee for them to check on what steps they could take, as I had 2 weeks to cancel, my wife allowed them to use her card for the fee. It was not even a week later, my wife's card was charged $70 from Lexinton. Upon calling, I was told that her money could not be refunded, unless I went to a lower plan of $50 and then cancel that plan and all of her funds would be returned. So, thinking this was over, I called back to now cancel the lesser plan and was told now, that she could not have her $70 back. Even after speaking to a manager, if she really was, I was assured that it would be canceled and taken care of. Well, obviously that was simply a way to get me off the phone ,because not only did they not return the first $70 or the $50 for that lesser plan, they have now charged her card yet again for $70. How does this company stay in business? They lie, until people get tired of fighting and then they've stolen your money. However, I personally do not give up easily when my family is wronged. Now, I cannot seem to be able to get a manager and their customer service is terrible. Bottom line, they lie, they steal, then avoid what they've done or try to convince you that you never cancelled. My suggestion, check out Credit Solutions.com ....you will learn all you need to know to fix any and everything on your credit , at a fraction of Lexington Law's one month fee.
