Don't do it
Don't do it. This company makes it very easy to sign up through its partnerships with mortgage companies. Essentially, they send a ton of form letters out each month to your creditors. They send the same letter over and over. Whilel I got an initial, modest benefit, they made it extremely difficult to cancel--you can only cancel by calling them. To discourage you from doing that, they regularly post messages on their site about long wait times for phone calls. What's worse though, is that they keep billing you long after they're having any impact rather than saying, "we've done everything we can at this point." I regret the money I've spent for this "service" and urge you not to give in as I did.

We are sorry to see you've had a less than great experience with our services. We've found that each client has a different credit situation, meaning time frames and results can vary. We understand this can be frustrating and would be happy to review our various methods of challenging and disputing accounts. When it comes to billing, we are only able to charge for completed work - not future work. Because of this, there may be a final invoice when cancelling your case. We appreciate your feedback on calling in as we are always working on ways we can better our client experience. We thank you for your review and for the opportunity to be a part of your credit repair journey. If you would like a representative to reach out, please feel free to send us a message!
