LEVOLORReviews of levolor.com

Hi! I recommend staying far away from this brand for your home or office widow shade needs. They pride themselves on not being able to take care of their customers issues, and they are only about getting that next sale. There is nothing good about doing business that way. ITS BAD BUSINESS. Id close the show floor, warehouse, & design firm. People you've been warned. Trash!

I just spent over $600 on your blinds and now I have to go spend an additional 50-100 on hardware because the junk screws that come with the product are totally inadequate. The screw heads strip or break, and no, I’m not using power tools. DO BETTER!

I ordered a blind. Received blinds but without install instructions. Went on Levolor site for help. Waited to chat with someone for over 20 minutes. It kept saying someone will be there in 1-3 minutes. Very disappointed. It's almost 30 minutes and still no one to chat. I will never buy Levolor product. Very poor customer service.

ORDERED LEVOLOR HEADRAIL OVER 11 FEET LONG.IT OPENS FROM THE MIDDLE BY PUSHING THE WAND TO THE MIDDLE OF THE WINDOW SO THE WAND HANGS DOWN OVER THE WINDOW WHEN OPEN. OUR HEADRAIL IS MOUNTED 9 FEET ABOVE THE FLOOR SO MY WIFE CANNOT REACH IT. IT WOULD HAVE TO BE OVER 2 FEET LONG SO WHEN THE WINDOW IS OPEN THERE WOULD BE A 2 FOOT WAND HANGING OVER THE CENTER OF THE WINDOW. THIS IS THE CHEAPEST MOST FLIMSEY HEADRAIL I HAVE EVER SEEN. CHEAP JUNK

After 1 month and still no working blind I am livid. Every time I call I get a new agent who sends me the same video. The video, in no way, matches the blind I received. It is stuck in the mounting bar and no amount of prying gets it out. Even had my hunky neighbor try, with no luck. All agents say, "I guarantee I will get back to you in 24-72 hours". I have not heard back from anyone of the five (5!) who have recited that line to me. So far, I am out several hundred hours and the blind remains on the floor. Horrible customer service!

Excellent warranty, excellent customer service; but management deletes inventory when making product changes, impacting customers with warranty replacements across the years. 1) First time, battery source replaced by electric charging. Required customer to buy new remote and then multiple shades in room do not work together. 2) Second time, colors were changed. With multiple shades in a room required all new shades. 3) Next, mounting brackets were changed for new shade boxes. Had to remove old brackets, drill new holes, mount new brackets for new version box. New install is easier, but current product does not work with existing brackets.

I purchased 5 Levolor aluminum miniblinds. When they were installed at the top of the window in a 9' ceiling New York City pre-war apartment, they were completely out of reach for operating. The blinds are 6' long but when they are installed in a high window they can be over 8.5' from the floor. The wand was only about a foot long. The blinds cannot be lifted to the top or pulled down without a ladder! When I called the customer service number I was told that if I wanted blinds that could be operated I would need to order custom blinds. They offered no fix.

Moved into a house with Levolor blinds throughout. The blinds looked nice and worked well, but one was missing the wand and stem that plugs into the tilt mechanism. I messaged Levolor customer service via their website to inquire where I could buy replacement parts. They responded promptly, and after getting more information about my blinds, they shipped me not one, but two sets of replacement parts for FREE. Keep in mind I have never purchased anything from them. If this is how they treat strangers, their customers must be in great hands!
