The website is horrible
The website is horrible. You have to call to do anything. You can't even make payments online. You never get e-mail confirmation of payment. The interest rates are outrageous. Don't do it.

It's important to remember that you are not obligated to keep the loan for the entire term. At any point in time, you may (1) pay off the loan early with no prepayment penalties and to save on interest, or (2) you may make additional payments toward the principal balance, which will also save on interest and shorten the life of the loan, as outlined in the loan agreement.
In the loan agreements, we also provide in detail the overall cost of the loan, finance charge, loan term, scheduled due dates, and payment amounts. A copy of your loan agreement is available to you at any time by logging into your Helpful Lending account, and we are here to discuss the terms of your loan with you in more detail.

The coordinator on the phone was extremely helpful and did all she could do for me, however; I was disappointed in the amount that I was able to borrow. This is my 3rd loan with your company and paid back perfectly and still not allowed to borrow more than $400! And I was told that I moved up to a Silver status, which allowed me no benefits.

Do NOT use this company...
You sold my loan to another company before I even had my loan funds available and now, I have not been able to contact them. I had to call your company twice to get their phone number. After waiting on hold for 20 minutes [ I was number 5 until it counted down to 1] then I received a voice mail telling me to leave a message that still hasn't been answered. I think my best bet is to contact the state attorney general's office and have them investigate this scam.
