Received funding on time. Easy to make payment online. Interest wasn’t bad if you can pay back the borrowed amount in one week. After that, the interest payment ramps up dramatically.

The lack of communication provided for a negative customer experience. Also, having to make several calls and wait on hold for over 20 minutes each time was not pleasant. Also, being told that paperwork was missing when it wasn’t was not helpful. Lastly, being told you are approved only to find out over two weeks later that you are not resulted in any over long bad experience.
