Hi Jonathan, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your personal installment loan experience. Transparency is very important to us. All loan terms—including the Annual Percentage Rate (APR), payment schedule, finance charges, and total repayment amount—are clearly outlined in the loan agreement provided before acceptance. Keep in mind that you are not obligated to keep the loan for its entirety. We also provide alternative payment options that may help reduce the overall cost of the loan. Early Payoff – You may pay off your loan at any time without penalty, which can significantly reduce your total interest. Additional Principal Payments – You can make extra payments toward your principal balance to shorten the loan term and save on interest. If you have any questions or need assistance in the future, don’t hesitate to reach out to us anytime at [email protected] or call us at 833-715-1813. Best regards, The Level Up Funding Team
