Slow payout system
Requested a $1,000 payout the other day and they took a full 24 hours to execute it which was the end of the next trading day so i never received the payout due to their laggy system. Just blows my mind how they sit through a whole work day without getting my payout to me... Do better...

Hi John, Thank you for your feedback, we are always looking for ways we can improve at LUT. I was able to look into your issues a little further. It looks like you requested your payout, however after requesting your payout there was continued trading on the account which caused a drop in profits and the payout was no longer valid. As good practice, we always recommend that you pause all trading until the payout has been paid. While it does take time to process payouts as we are working with many customers, we strive to get payouts out as quickly as possible often getting payouts out in as little as 24 hours, however it can take up to one business day to process.
