I had a great experience from start to finish. Level representatives were always responsive and patient when I required assistance with purchasing and installation. I am using my lock at my office and love that I can check the lock's status anytime from anywhere.

Exactly what I’ve looked for. Works with hardware I already have. It’s beautifully hidden and works flawlessly. Just wish it could communicate through WiFi instead of just HomeKit/Bluetooth. So much nicer looking that August or other competitors since there isn’t a huge ugly bolt on to your deadbolt on the outside
