LettucegrowReviews of lettucegrow.com

I purchased $100 worth of live seedlings from Lettuce Grow. Their stated shipping timeframe for live seedlings is 1–2 days, but my order took 8 days from shipment to delivery. The plants arrived completely rotted and unusable. I documented their condition and submitted a claim to Lettuce Grow the exact day they were delivered. After four claims and multiple attempts to resolve the matter, Lettuce Grow refused to provide a replacement or credit, even though their Terms of Service state: “If you have any issues with a seedling order, please contact our team of expert growers within seven (7) days of your order’s arrival... In the unlikely event we cannot solve the problem, we will provide you with a credit for any affected seedlings.” Now I’m stuck with a $799 Farmstand and approximately $300 worth of Glow Lights, along with the plant food and pH strips I purchased from them, and I have no usable plants to put in it. I am out approximately $1,200 in Lettuce Grow purchases, not including the additional supplies. Their customer support has been HORRIBLE. I have never experienced such poor customer service over an issue that should have been so simple to resolve. I paid for live plants, received completely rotted plants, reported the problem immediately, and still could not get them to make it right. Extremely disappointing.

I cannot reach anyone at LettuceGrow to report my faulty smart timer and all of my plants have died. I have literally sent them 4 messages and no one has gotten back to me.

I've been a customer since 2022.. The response time is horrible . No customer service, no return messages. Lost lots of seedling because of heat Poor warranty and horrible ISSUES with the GLOW RINGS . If you grow inside like I do. This co is not the best . Don't do it.

After reading your reviews on Lettuce grow customer service, which is non-existent, I realize why I can't get help. They truly do not respond if you're having a problem and need some guidance or you receive plants that are battered and broken and die right after received!!! I will no longer be a client after my pre-paid seedling credit is used up. Something has happened because it wasn't like this when I started using LG in 2022.

Shocking website. App is useless. Ordering is difficult as app is painful to navigate. Customer service unhelpful. The fact that you cant return a buying mistake like corks is ridiculous. Its plastic. They constantly change pricing. They claim 100 seedlings which is a lie. They have about 30 maybe 36 available with limited herbs each time. How much lettice can anyone eat ? Ypu now have to cote on almost half of the pretend 100 seedlings...what the ????? How can you not have oregano year round etc. Seedlings much less interesting every year. I am onto my 3rd pump in 4 years. The so called wireless timer doesnt say it doesnt work with android and when you contact them they go...oh well. Really gone down hill. I would not recommend. If you do know that the sales pitch on the website is rubbish

Eigentlich gar kein Stern Belogen das die Ware in 3 Tage kommt Jetzt sind es 3 Wochen und nichts Ich wollte stornieren..niemand interessiert sich Nie wieder hier bestellen

Don't bother comes from China battered box toy doesn't work useless because online you can't contact them company's like this need shutting down #crap

The toy I sent for my dog arrived today in a small battered box! Only part of the toy was in the box, the usb socket is smaller than the lead sent to plug in. All in all rubbish, waste of money and will never buy from this company again. They don't deserve one star but you can't leave a review without giving a rating which should be minus a star. My advice save your money and go elsewhere!
