Was good for a while. 3 out of 4 of my last letters were undeliverable for an unknown reason. I was told they would refund me and they did not. So I have lost confidence in this service.

I will be selecting another company to handle my company mailings. I do not have a huge amount, but it took 8 hours to manually upload each letter one by one, then I had to go through each one and it took another hour to add each one to the invoice. I emailed support twice and they still haven't gotten back to me. for one or two letters it is cool, and I only had 70 letters to send but it was such a manual process with zero support. they are non respondent. Honestly, with the billable hours I could have gone with a company that charges double and still paid less than the amount of manual process from this site... and now missed my deadline.
