Trustworthy and efficient, LOTC always delivers on time. The staff is knowledgeable and always willing to help those of us with less than stellar skills in the appropriate apps. Thanks so much. I will continue to trust my wall lettering to Lettering On The Cheap

Fantastic quality at a reasonable price. I have ordered from this company many times. I have always had fantastic service and quality, with quick production time.

Really looks nice and was easy to put up. Look up directions online on how to apply them. The directions that come with it leave out a very important part. Mine was almost ten feet long and looks very professional!

Thank you for your kind words. Do you mind me asking what part was left out of the mailer instructions so we may fix it for future orders?

The letters are easy to apply, only took minutes and they look great!

It's been nine days and I haven't received my vinyl order from July 10, 2018. The exhibition opened on July 12. My last order was not sticking to the wall and kept coming off. I'm convinced that this will be my last order with LetteringOnTheCheap. The company name says it all.

So sorry you have not received your order in time for you exhibit. Unfortunately because we are in Florida and you are in California, it takes 5 days to get to you. I checked your order - It came in on the 10th after we were closed, so did not get processed until the 11th. The order shipped on the 12th. I tracked it & it shows delivered as of today. As for the peeling lettering - it is tricky - there are many types of surfaces and vinyl does not always stick well to them. Please contact us and we can see if we can determine what is causing it to peel.

Nice customer service. Helpful phone contact. Fast service. Prices were ok. Better price would have generated 5 🌟. They balked at a coupon response.

The staff provided excellent input and feedback for my custom boat graphic design. They went above and beyond to provide not only an excellent product to exacting specifications, but also provided exceptional customer service and support. Their company and staff are ones I will definitely work with again and recommend to anyone wanting an affordable and high quality product. 10 out of 10 for sure. —Nathan

I have ordered from LetteringOnTheCheap twice and have been amazed at their competitive pricing, easy and useful online design tools, and fast production speeds. I experienced a minor issue with my latest order and the customer service experience far exceeded my expectations! They were quick to respond and very concerned that my order wasn't perfect. They fixed the issue immediately. I HIGHLY recommend this amazing company!
