Customer service was spot on, proactive and really supportive. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is that I did have some trouble installing my vinyl door lettering, which seemed to be stemming from the lettering itself. I order white outside vinyl letters for 6 business on one front door, so lots of info all on one sheet. I did cut the info into blocks once I had the whole sheet lined up and taped to the door for ease of handling. The problem was that the letters either weren't adhering to the clear film or once I got them onto the clear film some wouldn't adhere to the clean window even though I followed directions to the letter. I'm not sure what was up and it took a ridiculous amount of time to get door done, but now it's up (as of today) and I'll check it tomorrow to be sure the letters stayed put. Now the last two sections went on very well and with out a hiccup so I'm not sure what was going on for the other 4. Over all though, that aside, the company's turnaround and support are stellar!

Applying decals to glass is a little tricky. My best tip would be to get it applied where you like, squeegee it well & then leave the masking (application) tape on it overnight. This gives the pressure sensitive adhesive time to activate & allows any moisture to dry -making it MUCH easier to pull off the masking (application) tape without the vinyl lettering coming up with it.

Nice customer service. Helpful phone contact. Fast service. Prices were ok. Better price would have generated 5 🌟. They balked at a coupon response.

Love their guarantee that if I mess it up, they'll replace. Turns out I was missing a dot over an "i" so they sent that entire line of type again (gave me two dots to work with). Responsive and polite with a moderately intuitive site and great phone service.

The letters are excellent. But applying them were kind of tedious. Hard to get aligned and the letters wouldn't release from the sheet. I had to pull each one off myself.

Boat name came perfect, just like I ordered it. The backing was separated from the vinyl in some places probably due to it being shipped wrapped in a tube. Didn't take into account the curve of the surface of the transom so the vinyl looks like it's curved but it's not.

Generally, very good. Thought their website was a little too busy when I was seeking info on how to install their vinyl graphics on my boat. It had a video on installing boat numbering but, nothing on installing complex graphics. Also, after I rec'd my order, and was planning the installation, I ran across a reference by them for a product, I think they called 'Application Fluid'. Something like this...which is, most likely, water with a few drops of liquid soap... should have been provided with my order.
