I needed to change a detail about my order and they processed the request with little issues. Response time for enquires was good

My first order arrived so smoothly that I put in another order. This order seemed to disappear, but Tammy from Support kept in touch frequently and assured me that it was just stuck in the Christmas rush. Between the two orders my four grandchildren plus me got these bottles for Christmas. We had great fun applying stickers and swapping stories of adventures we've had. The stickers are high quality and great conversation starters.

The world explore bottle was not for myself, but a gift, so i haven't used it. But the bottle looks nice, the small pictures are detailed og the stickers look good. The delivery was a bit longer then expected, maybe because of black Friday and christmas shopping worldwide. I emailed the customer service and got a quick answer. I think the bottle and accessories are a little to expensive.

The bottle arrived in time for Christmas on Christmas eve which I was really happy about! The quality is lovely and it will make such a lovely present for my family member who travels the world. The only reason I put down 1 star is because I messaged customer service for help in tracking this item as the tracking came up on the website as no order existed. I never recieved a response from them so that was a little disappointing if you do have a problem don't expect any response. Despite that issue the bottle did thankfully arrive!

My World Explorer bottle is almost half filled with stickers. I like the engraved spots. Now it's like a scavenger hunt - "I have to go to (destination) so I can put another sticker on the bottle. I gave one to a friend and she can't stop raving about it. I bought myself the all white and my friend the all black; both really show off the stickers. Now if we could only buy Canada sticker sheets separately - this would be a five star rating

I found out about Let's Wander in an ad in Instagram and I thought that the idea of adding stickers to a drinking bottle to show places and landmarks I had visited was a really cute idea. What made it more fun is the fact that I bought one bottle for myself and one for a friend who, like me, loves to travel. So she and I are now competing on who has visited the most places (and yes, I'm losing by a lot!). I love the size of the bottle too although it took me a minute to figure out how to drink out of it without making a mess of my clothes (it's got a straw so you drink like you would if you were drinking from a cup with a straw!). I didn't give it 5 stars only because the delivery was a tad slow but if there had been a half star, I'd have given it 4.5 stars...

Bought two of these for my son and his girlfriend who have started their travelling journey and they loved them so bought another 2 for ourselves. All arrived within a week. Same comment about the stickers as others some destinations are so unusual I am unlikelyto visit. Would be good to have other sheets to use and cover these. All European Capitals, Carribean and Indian Ocean as suggestions please

My mom was enchanted to receive this as a gift. Her only note was that there are places featured on the bottle that are quite difficult to do like Easter Island or Mount Everest or the Galapagos to name a few. At almost 70 she’s trying to travel around the world and almost completed the stickers once she got the bottle, except for some places. Another note she said was that some are countries and some are specific places, and some are two places in the same country. And also that there are some common countries that people travel to that aren’t even there (she said it was “injustice” for other places lol). But she loved the color (we bought the blue and gold) and the caps (we bought the screw cap for when she travels) and the fact that both caps have handles. She also said that she was able to fit at least 2 cans of Bubblé sparkling water and that it stayed cold the whole afternoon and evening (even at 40°C outside). She wishes that there was another edition with more stickers XD. Apart from the notes, she loooves it and show it to everyone lol.
