Very bad experience
Very bad experience. I never received the product, and the company just replied to my email with: "I’ve checked your order, and according to Canada Post, the package was delivered. Since it shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, I recommend checking with your neighbors, building management." Canada post, suggested that I advise the sender to create a formal inquiry.

Never arrived
Never arrived Delivery was made to my garden apparently but there’s no parcel here Absolute scammers. No offer to resolve with their courier now out of pocket

I needed to return the sticker bottle…
I needed to return the sticker bottle and sent 2 emails and 2 messages on their website but nobody ever replied and to this day 3 weeks down the line they still haven't. In the end I turned to PayPal resolution center and that got them moving!

No correspondence
Regarding order #L83960 I have been trying to contact you since Sunday morning (November 30), when I received an email from Tammy about my previous post on line. Is this the only way to contact you, through a negative review? I am wondering if you have received my response with photos to Tammy, and then another email Monday, on your website support line, and then two emails yesterday, each from a different source (your site as well as from my server to your email address.) It is very frustrating being unable to contact you. Given that Tammy said you did not receive any of my emails last week, I thought responding directly to her would help. Either she did not receive the photos and response, or has simply not responded. Since receiving the bottles over a week ago, I have tried to make contact with your company every day because I did not receive any stickers with the mugs… yes, this is extremely frustrating. Maybe check your junk folder? Or check your server? Please, just send me the Canada stickers to go with the mugs. I’m trying to give you the benefit of the doubt, especially given the positive ratings this company typically receives…Something is definitely amiss…

Beautiful but leaking
I ordered 4 bottles and they were all leaking. They sent one new lid after sending them video evidence of the leak. I am still waiting for the 3 other lids, and i have been waiting several months now.. the bottle is nice, but i cannot use it when it leaks

My bottle has broken
My bottle has broken - I have now been chasing a replacement lid for over a month, they keep fobbing me off and asking the same question regarding my order number which has now been provided twice . Given the cost I would expect a better lid! They continue to sell new bottles but can’t send me a replacement list - awful customer service, all round dreadful experience - I’m shocked and disappointed in both their care, ethics and the product.

Incompetent company.
I ordered three bottles with chug lids as gifts which were to be given at the same time. The bottles are lovely. However, the lack of care in how they were packaged and sent out resulted in a very crushed box. I cannot now give these out because it looks cheap and nasty and this order cost me £83. Apparently, although we can get men on the moon – this company cannot post out another cardboard box. They have offered me the delightful compromise of a discount for me to buy more goods from them and then – hurray I’ll get another box. How ridiculous. Just send out another box. I am sorry I purchased these bottles now. This is not a company who are helpful when there are problems.
