Absolutely first class experience, my knowledge is some what lacking in the area needed and I spoke with Sergey who could not do enough to explain facts of photo enhancing logistics, question after question was answered until I finally grasped how upscaling and resolution formats work. We had a very time consuming messaging session until every need was met. It was even explained that I could pay as you go instead of signing up for monthly payments as I do not need to improve more than one photo at the moment (had not noticed the pay as you go tab). I enhanced my photo for the very reason I needed and my enlarged print has turned out great. Excellent service. I love LetsEnhance, easy to use, enhances photos beautifully and quickly. Excellent and speedy customer service too - I have been using this service for months and never had a problem until today there was a small error with one of my downloads and I contacted them through Facebook messaging and they got back to me right away and fixed the problem in a few minutes. I highly recommend this product

I have been using this for well over a year and am so impressed with the quality. Yes, there has been the odd occasion when an image was processing 'forever' but for how many times I have used it this hiccup was negligible really. Would highly recommend.

This app is a great find. Easy to use and delivers good quality up-res'd images for a great price. I am using this to boost artwork shot on my DSL camera for printed copies.
