I have asked multiple times to cancel my subscription and instead this company continues to charge me and take my money. Now they want to offer me this horrible service for a discounted rate, but it is too late. You all should have done this before you charged me thousands of dollars. This is at the point of me taking legal action and I promise I will not lose. I was promised this was over and they continue to charge my card.

For someone planning a party this site seems pretty awesome. I had very high hopes for this platform and the potential performance our product would do here. When speaking with a representative, it sounded like paying the higher premium was the way to go since their services would really cover all the logistics and be managing the profile so much show that they promised if our page did not perform that there would be a full refund of our $1500 after 90 days on their site. Instead, we were charged an additional $1500 for the worst performing ‘ad’ we have ever had in 8 years of business. After multiple emails back-and-forth, they finally canceled our subscription, but have yet to refund us for either of the two charges. When I reach out in regard to the charges. There is no response - working with the bank now to dispute the charges for services that were never rendered. If you can be more hands-on, I could see how this site would be extremely helpful. They are providing a platform for you, but you do have to do all of the work because there is no customer service or backing for the small businesses on their site. As a consumer, again, I could see how this would be an amazing site and I do wish them all the best, but they truly need to take care of the businesses on their platform better.

Not only did joining this website generate very little traffic, but cancelling my subscription was also unnecessarily difficult. I emailed to cancel and received a reply asking why. After I explained my reasons, I received several more emails trying to discourage me from cancelling. I did not want to waste any more time on the matter and reasonably expected my cancellation request to be processed. However, LetsBatch charged my credit card again. Think twice before giving this company your credit card details. Based on my experience, it is not worth it.

Based on the information Reilly Santa, Batch Account Executive, presented, I believed Let's Batch would be an established platform that could provide meaningful value to my wine and food tour business departing from San Diego. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. Despite investing additional time and effort to improve the results, the platform generated zero leads and only added to our marketing expenses. As a small business, every marketing dollar matters. During an already challenging period, those expenses had a meaningful impact on our finances, which made the lack of results especially disappointing. I would not recommend Let's Batch!

Your web site sucks and you scammed me out $50 on my last order I was going to order again but same deal I dint catch before. Send in proof to Illinois attn general. Your shopafile link suck. You have no customer service. Screw you.
