$35 ground shipping for a 8oz part that can fit in the palm of my hand is criminal. I also called your tech support about the part and the information I was given was wrong.

It took 3 weeks for them to get the part in stock. The when my order said ready to ship the part never shipped. I had to reach out to the company and ask why the part was sitting. I received a message back stating the parts are being sent out in a certain order. Then half an hour later it said my part was shipped. I do not feel I should have waited so long just to receive a flex pipe, or have to reach out for the part to be shipped. The part was also too short, the gentleman who installed it has been doing muffler work for 20 years and called me up saying the part was too short and had to do some custom work.

Hey Kurt, we want to address this directly because the timeline here tells a different story. When you placed your order on March 16th, Blake immediately notified you via email that this item was mid-production with an estimated completion window of 2–3 weeks. When you followed up, Luca from our team confirmed production was complete, that shipping had been arranged, and gave you a specific window of early the following week. When that inventory landed at our facility, your order shipped the same day. One thing worth clarifying: our "Ready to Ship" status means your order has been processed and payment cleared — essentially that everything on our end is squared away so the moment the part is available, it goes out without any hold-ups. It does not mean the part is physically on a shelf ready to go. That distinction is important here. We understand the wait was frustrating, and we appreciate your patience through it. But the communication was there from the start, and your order moved the moment the parts were in our hands. If you have any issues with the part itself, reach out and we'll take care of you.

Ordered a T56 magnum and got the wrong gear ratio. The site lists 2.97 and 2.66 but doesn't show the ratios for 2.97 or say that it's a wide ratio. I began an exchange and was told to figure out how to get it back to their supplier on my own. No help with setting up shipping even though I offered to pay for it. Then I was told they asked the supplier to arrange shipping and they said no. The supplier told me they never asked so I was lied to. Really not much was done to help with the exchange at all other than issue an RMA number. I contacted the supplier directly and they setup shipping and exchange no problem at all. All lethal did was place an order on my behalf to some other company, like an Amazon store.

I'm sure you'll say it's out of your hands but shipping was horrible. Might think about using a different carrier

Specifically asked not to have delivery with signature required, they did it anyways. Why would you have a comments box if you don't read them. Screwed everything up.

We’re sorry to hear the shipping experience didn’t go the way you expected — we get how frustrating that can be, especially when you left a note asking not to require a signature. We do read those comments (seriously, we do), but in some cases, especially with large or high-dollar items, our system automatically flags them for signature to protect you and us from stuff going missing. It's not about ignoring your request — it’s more of a "better safe than sorry" kind of thing. Still, we could’ve communicated that better up front, and we’ll take that note to heart. Appreciate you giving us a shot — and we hope we’ll get the chance to make the next one smoother for you. — The Lethal Performance Team
