Spent over $3500 on a set of tires for my truck. After days with no response, I had to find their phone number, call them, talk to one guy, get put on hold for over 5 minutes. Then another guy, who also put me on hold for five monutes. Long story short, I paid for tires that are not even in production anymore. They didn't have any comparable tires to offer and here I am now, waiting for a refund and will have to start shopping again. They wasted so much of my time.

Your order was received Friday afternoon and submitted to our supplier for fulfillment within 10 minutes. Unfortunately, our supplier had not notified us that the tires were unavailable. Our office is closed over the weekend, and your order was canceled and a full refund processed on Monday, the next business day. We’ve also updated our website to reflect the availability issue. We understand that you wanted tires, not a refund, and we’re sorry we couldn’t deliver what you needed.
