LetgoReviews of letgo.com

Not a good site if you wanna be a lazy buyer or seller, or if you want customer service. I try to troll the scammers I come across and report them but it doesn't matter because the owners of the site clearly don't care.

Buyer was a thief. He called me at a place and snatched two iphones from me. We shud let go this site or they shud increase their safety and security guidelines.

I give 3 stars as the platform is promising since it is a legitimate version of the good old Craigslist. However, I have 3 stars as there are a lot of scammers using the pandemic time to post items that do not exist. The other thing I did not understand is the sale of paintball guns on this platform. They have strange guidelines on what can claim to be considered a paintball gun and not. Apparently magazine fed paintball guns vs hopper loaded paintball guns is a no no on their site rules. They claimed that anything that resembles a real firearm cannot be sold on their site. Fair enough but you have paintball guns that are being sold on your app with tactical attachments and looks like an AR15... but my ray gun looking magazine fed paintball gun is now allowed? Strange rules and customer service is a joke just repeating the same reply over and over without understanding the difference between a real gun and a paintball gun.

No feedback about buyers who mislead sellers...resulting in losing sales.

This website is straight garbage, everyone on this website can all end up in the hospital for all I care. This website is a perfect example of human nature, everyone that uses this app are all homeless broke insects who will take your money and not deliver. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

If I could give zero stars I would. All of my listings are being discarded with no reason given.

I am trying to sell a piece of furniture. I've had 2 offers...great...EXCEPT, my return messages will not send. I have contacted Letgo ...and they will get back with me in 24 hours. Yes, I googled the problem but found NO solution. I have sent and re-sent nine messages hoping that 1 would make it through. The Chat still shows no correspondence and a message as simple as "yes, it is still available" has been "sending" for 10 minutes???!!! Yes, I started and restarted the computer in case there was a problem. I searched the Apple App Store and the app did NOT show up?!

1. The app often will not let you delete items. So you post an item but want to change the ad even if you delete it the ad still shows up. 2. The app often flips your location confusing buyers. 3. Poor communication with users. If you try to contact customer service, good luck getting a reply. 4. Blocks or delets user accounts without even discussing the claim with the user. 5. Allows sellers to be harassed by other users without giving the seller and opportunity to discuss the concern which allows people to harass sellers with no merit. 6. Too many boredom shopping spam messaging people to trying to hustle hoping to get stuff for free or next to nothing. 7. Would not invest too much effort building a profile or reputation through review because without notice or discussion they will delete your account with no explanation or feedback. 8. Best case if they do respond it will be a generic meaningless spam response not worth the wait. 9. Very poor respect for seller privacy. Be very careful when posting even if you ask to list location in terms of general area, it often still lists under you exact home address. Great way to risk you home getting broken in to depending on what you are posting. Disappointing experience.
