The app itself is really good. Just needs a few kinks straightened out. First and foremost, the whole, "I hit the wrong button' thing doesn't fly with me. I keep getting spam messages from people whom claim to be interested in items and they actually really aren't (or they change their minds) which is a huge pain in the teeth because time is wasted. We need real people who are really interested in buying things from the appl. Negotiations work out really well and there should be a way to add more pictures of an item.

Horrible app. Use offer up or old school craigslist. This app crashes constantly. In the middle of trying to buy something the chat goes out for days at a time so you either lose the item or lose patience. Horrible app.

People who put ads in this app, can't spell or even remotely describe their items accurately. When you ask where you can see the item, they won't tell you or give you a phone#. If by chance you do get to see the thing you're looking for, it is likely to be a piece of crap that they should GIVE AWAY, not sell. Most items are overpriced and not like the pictures. Another scam like craigslist. Wait of time.

When you ask for their phone number after giving yours . To make the selling and buying trustworthy . Sellers are strange they don't respond when your interested and never meet up with you .

Unsubscribed because when I am looking at customers items only it says that I’m interested when I’m not... that’s why people who are selling get a response saying they are interested when only they are looking... Letgo is trying really hard to get out there and will do everything... Unsubscribe and don’t recommend at all... alternative is OfferUp...

Waste of time, such a joke... U post "regular" ad and you'll get a reply here or there ALL hours of Day / Night wanting everything for free.. then when or if you pay for "feature" ad amazingly 🙄 you get a lot more replies INSTANTLY saying Hi my name is ______ and live in _____ city / area I'm Interested.... Then u reply only to NEVER get a reply..🤔.... they are Bot spoofs to make it Seem like your "featured" ad is moving amd shaking...lol And if tou have an issue, theres NO customer service of any kind, send email and wait 3 days for generic reply that really went know where towards solution and even If your stuff stolen and plolice call # its all automated saying "if you are law enforcement to email this or fax that and we'll get back with U" Installed app 2 months ago, deleted after this review... dozens of Spoof replies, and the few others that chatted back and forth simply wanted everything for free and delivered... freaken jacka$$es 🤯
