I thought this was an app to sell items, but "customers" seem to treat this like pinterest and "like" items instead. No one asks to buy. BIG, BIG waste of time!

The place is filled with lousy grifters trying to work their scams. Luckily they are mostly stupid and are unlikely to score much of anything. I deleted the app and will sell to reliable buyers

I was reading your comment and couldn't help but to agree with you. I am an avid user of both offerup and letgo, respectively, so I know the feeling you have. To boot, when you do have a problem that arises, you cannot get anyone on the phone. This problem has led to a solution I think is viable in many ways. The service called The Home Warehouse or THoWH, is a company that delivers bought and sold goods to the customers, who buy and sell on apps like offerup and letgo. I hope that this little bit of info can lead to some better experiences in the future.

Letgo is terrible. They block editing, block any communication and the assistants block your access to your interested clients by trying to force you to pay 5.99 for something. Letgo refuses to communicate with clients. Terrible. AND if you post review or survey they do not let it be submitted.

Site is ridiculously difficult. Can't find stuff I post to see how many views plus I keep having to reset location. Uninstalling now!

i dont live in toronto, i have set the location as kitchener a billion times and you keep putting my location searches in toronto. further if i type in a search, show me that. If i search for chair, i dont want to see whatever the hell else you keep mixing it with because nobody will use your crummy pos site.

I’ve tried using their platform about four different holiday seasons to sell this is when I have time and could use extra money. . I have some new and used nice stuff for really good price. This last December I had 182 interested messages with many many Low baller offers. I hate low ballers here’s an Example one lady said you have very pretty nice stuff .. She said I would like to give you $50 for your Two Mk handbag the pink and purple one and the pink matching Mk wallet I want all three for $50 these are so beautiful she wrote. She said please I really want them. I’m thinking Seriously !!!! You don’t want them too badly to offer what you have offered. How do you tell some you want to purchase their products and say you will pay 60% off the asking price one other lady said it was her wish have a sonic face lift the frog one can’t think of the brand at the moment it retails for $180 I had it listed for $89 only used it a few times. She offered $35 . Last time I replied I accepted some the low ballers offers and still only showed at our schedule meet time . I spend a lot of time taking the pic listing editing adding description to each I reply to all questions I had only one person a older lady that showed up on time and purchased transactions went great.She loved her watch This site needs to make people more accountable a by adding some sort of rating system then after three no shows remove them. I drive about one hour to meet people I list the days and time I can meet and people will ask me to come hold items and or meet on a different day for $5 when they have offered me $5 for a $15 item a item that retails for $30 and they only want to pay $5 . Smh. I don’t ever list stuff at retail most are way below retail price. This site has been a Complete waste of time. I would rather use fb marketplace then this let go app. No success story here. Im removing all my listing even the robot that offers to help share to get you products sold couldn’t help.This is why I use online app that I print my own labels out and drop them at the post office the money goes into my bank account the site gets 20% of my earning. It’s way better to not have to worry about someone not showing up or giving you the run around
