Who needs a store when you have LetGo? I always check the app for all my furniture and appliance needs. Only negative is how slow the app is. It really slows down the buying process and I really hope the speed up the navigation soon.

Letgo is another app that depends on the honesty of individuals participating. With that said..assume no one is honest. One major flaw is that the app does not allow the buyer to post reviews of the seller unless the seller reviews the buyer first. This allows the seller control of the rating process. If the seller sells an unacceptable item, or there is another issue - the buyer cannot make this known. The seller usually elects to allow only ratings that will be viewed as positive to be shown on the app. Therefore the ratings are not necessarily an accurate reflection of their selling interactions. Letgo provides no customer assistance or review process.

Listed 18 items -nothing sold. App does not work well. Listing is a nightmare and when I get a message I cannot retrieve it. Lots of bots and offers to sell the items for me. One "legitimate" offer was for 1/8 the listing price and wanted it hand delivered to their door- over 150 miles away. Received much hate after declining the wonderful offer. I am wondering who actually uses the site. I'll stick with eBay and craigslist. Waste of time/effort

If I could rate it 0 i would! I have been trying to report a fraud account for a couple of weeks now and the account is STILL up!

Looking for desk. Tried “desk” “computer desk” “office desk” —results have desks but also tons of irrelevant stuff like lamps and chairs. ??? OfferUp is more accurate. I’d recommend improvement on that.

Fraudulent user Ashley@rpmrealty Had an ad Apt. For rent. Took 55 dollars for app fee. Blocked me after I confronted her about sending me To a fake unit. I am consulting with a legal team and the cops. After I gotto the fake unit she ironically posted the apt. as being sold though it never existed. She is a fake trying to steal from people sincerely seeking to rent apts. Letgo is no better. They ignore you and let these criminals continue to prey on lnocent people. I

Maybe some stars for selling, but beware of Discount Auto Repair. (Mobile ),ripped me off , hired as a mechanic, installed 2 new components Rechecked his work and redid his work, found ( 1 was missing a screw and one was loose, he wouldn't even go under my vehicle? I installed another new component.

I used letgo for a short time with not much trouble, (but not much results either). I recently sold a stereo receiver for $99 to a “verified” member. The gentleman came and picked up the receiver and paid me cash. I gave him a good review. Done. However, the next day I used one of the bills to pay for something and found out it was counterfeit. In fact, both the bills were. I immediately called the Sheriff and filed a report. They took the cash from me and that was that. I’m out a receiver or $100, depending on how you look at it. I then reported the buyer to letgo and their only response was, be sure to tell the police. Thank you Captain Obvious. I also tried to delete the good review I gave the buyer before I knew he was a crook and found out it’s virtually impossible to do so. I even asked customer service how to accomplish this and the fellow who responded, though he seemed to understand what I wanted to do, sent me information about changing a review someone wrote about me. Just the opposite of what I had asked. Information not helpful in the least. So, days later, it appears the crook is still a “verified” (whatever that means) member of letgo, my money is gone, my receiver is gone, and letgo won’t even allow me to delete a review I wrote so that I can properly warn people about this buyer. I’d say it’s all just about perfect. So I think I’ll just let go letgo and call it a loss.
