My glasses are beautiful. My prescription is perfect and the frame is solid. It was a great experience for me.

After several orders from them in past, I noticed they are now a shambles. My order is three weeks old and USPS tracking shows they don't even have it. Constantly discontinuing frames so forget re-ordering any frame you like. Company is on the way down the toilet.

My order is being shipped to an incorrect address. Please resend my order to the correct address. It is currently correctly listed on my account, but incorrect on the shipping address. I have sent an email and a FB message, no response. Very frustrated. Thank you.

Very very unfortunate customer service and glasses. The lenses are blurry and the glasses unusable to me. Basically when I let them know I was told that the last pair I bought were acceptable so these should be too. Just tip my chin up and see if I can see that way. Please save yourself the heartache and do NOT purchase glasses here. Also, if they are wrong the company isn't responsible for return shipping.

Ordered two pair of prescription glasses and the prescription is not correct. I wore for about two weeks and contacted them about not being able to see clear and they said the right prescription was applied to the lenses. After over a month, I am still having issues not seeing clearly out of these glasses. I will never order from them again.

Ordered 2 pairs of glasses online and they arrived shortly thereafter on 7th July. The lenses had tiny cracks all through them and were "crazed" - the coating is not put on properly and shatters across the lens. They issued me a store credit for the glasses only (not international shipping costs) so I ordered 3 more pairs and paid $45US on top of the credit for the 3rd pair plus shipping. Just arrived home to immaculately packaged glasses with worse damage and crazing on the lenses than the original pairs. I have applied for a full refund through PayPal.

So the reviews here made me really skeptical of what I’d just gotten myself into after I made my purchase. (Yes, I should’ve looked before and I did, just not that closely. Lol) I found two pairs that I HAD. TO. HAVE. And a pair of safety fall backs - rectangular, black, a safe style. They were inexpensive so why not. I stalked my account so many times a day waiting for an update. I received my glasses after 15/16 total days. (I ordered over Memorial Day weekend and received them Monday.) Anyway, my leopard print, cat eyed sunglasses are phenomenal and so fabulous. I can see for the first time while driving in a long time. My safe regular glasses were perfect. My favorites - cat eye tortoise shells - look. FABULOUS. The lenses are a little weird for me; the prescription is right. I noticed in a previous review someone said when they walk it’s like they’re on a weird roller coaster, etc. I do get this a little bit with these, but *I* personally think it’s because the lenses are a different shape and I can still see out of my peripherals where the lenses are not. When I focus on a spot it’s not as bad, but it’s getting less noticeable which is why I think that is my issue. Anyway, overall I love, love, LOVE my glasses and would definitely order again. They have unique looks and ordering was so easy with my prescription card. They each came with a case and a nice cleaning cloth. Very happy.

Very poor customer service! Don’t waste your time or money..recently ordered 2 pairs from Zenni..great products great customer service. Would not recommend Leoptique
