Extremely knowledgeable, fair prices, honest!
Being a PhD student in plasma physics I thought I was smart enough to figure out how to file for a trademark on my own. Turns out it's not so easy to get everything 100% correct and so my application was rejected and required a response. I then started to receive what seemed like hundreds of emails from trademark attorneys offering to help me fix my application. I did a little research looking at the previous cases these other "attorneys" had worked on and found the majority of the responses they submitted to the USPTO were absolute trash and ended up with their clients getting a final refusal. Basically these people were just being sharks trying to take people's money. HOWEVER, when I came across Anton's name and looked up some of the cases he had worked on I was AMAZED. Here was a trademark attorney who put a lot of time and effort into crafting clever arguments to respond to the USPTO using many examples from other cases and even references to the dictionary to win approval from USPTO for his clients. Never once did I feel like he was trying to scam me into buying a more expensive service than I needed and he was very honest and up front with how things would go and what he thought was best for my case. Long story short, my trademark was approved! I will definitely be using Anton again for my next trademark application, trust me, he's worth it, and you'll end up spending more if you try to do it yourself and then have to hire an attorney rather than just hiring Anton from the start.
