No initiative at all. Did not try to get my trademark approved. Basically talked me out of pursuing it because it would be more work for them, most likely.

My trademark application was handled by this attorney, and unfortunately the process involved serious communication and follow-up failures. A critical USPTO deadline was missed, which resulted in the application being abandoned. What is most concerning is that despite my phone number being on file, I was never contacted by phone regarding such an important and time-sensitive matter. Communication was limited to email only, and there was no clear or proactive effort to ensure I understood that missing this deadline would permanently cancel the application. As a result, the application became inactive, and I am now being asked to pay again to reapply. In my opinion, this situation did not arise from my neglect, but from a lack of adequate follow-up, responsibility, and client communication. For a trademark matter—where deadlines have irreversible consequences—I expected a much higher level of professionalism and diligence. Unfortunately, that standard was not met.

I got a trademark application service from this company. I gave the trademark information and they said this brand is not suitable, there is a similar brand and find another name. I gave a new name but they wanted 100 dollars for the search. I said I couldn't pay and asked for a refund. They showed me a no refund notice on their website but the notice that they wanted 100 dollars for each name search was not written on their website. They didn't refund even though the file wasn't processed. They forced me to continue and a lawsuit was filed against my trademark application and the lawyer didn't care. I had to cancel it and my brand died. 650 dollars and 1 year was gone. If I had paid for the 2nd name and it didn't work, they would have charged me for the 3rd name again. These people are only there to take your money. Find a lawyer who doesn't charge for each trademark search. There are lawyers like this. Don't be fooled by these lawyers. They stole my labor. They never think about you.

They haven't registered my trademark for more than a year and they don't even give refunds. They no longer responded to my e-mails or phone calls for a long time. They also constantly responded with excuses such as "it's over, we're finishing it". A team that is completely unserious and doesn't know their job.

However, as can be seen from the record at uspto.gov/, my address is stated as "FEVZI CAKMAK MAHALLESI AKCALAR SOKAK NO. 13 DAIRE. ISTANBUL, KUCUKCEKMECE TURKEY 34295". Due to the incomplete writing of the apartment number in the address in the uspto application, I cannot complete the amazon.com brand registration and all my efforts and money have been wasted. For the aforementioned reason, I request that the amounts I have paid to you and the state be refunded to me.
