I contacted Justin at Torchstar and when I hung up the phone I looked at my husband and said, “wow, that was incredibly easy.” I purchased a led double light outdoor wall sconce and one of the led lights quit working. I called Torchstar on Friday evening and Justin answered in two rings. He was very polite and went above and beyond to help me and explain the warranty process which was also incredibly easy. I emailed him my info and he immediately replied and setup my replacement to be mailed out Monday. I initially purchased my product off Amazon but I had such a wonderful experience I will definitely purchase future products directly from Torchstar. I would highly recommend them.

Great outdoor lights and support replacing screws that I lost.

Quality after-sale service seems to be on the decline in recent years, so it is a pleasant surprise to receive quick, decisive resolution. That's exactly what I received. All things equal, this experience will lead me to pay a reasonably higher price for LeonLite products compared to an equal, competitive product for my own peace of mind and to reward an important retention tool. Kudos!

The product I purchased was of definite quality. But even more important was the customer service. One of the lights was damaged when I received it. A replacement was sent immediately. Impressive. As a result, I purchased 2 more sets of lights from the company. Thank you!

Justin was responsive, courteous, and helpful in addressing my non-working LeonLite floodlight. I was ready to just return the thing to Amazon for a refund and try another brand, but Justin addressed my issue in a timely way. Very helpful!

The bottom light went out about 6 months after installation. Troubleshooting didn’t fix it and I reached out to Leonlite support for further help. They were very quick to respond which is rare for support teams. After sharing the order details, the team quickly took action and placed a replacement order.

The Torchstar LED Panel Lights have been a great addition to my home. Ruby A. has been helpful in every communication with Torchstar regarding issues or questions that I have had. There have been some minor issues with the Junction boxes failing over time. Customer service has always been very responsive and met my needs for warranty replacements, which ship and arrive quickly. Good company good team members and happy customer here. I would buy from Torchstar again for sure.
