I had ordered some landscape lighting from LeonLite approximately eight months ago. Suddenly one night several of the lights quit working. I thought maybe it was the control box and had an electrician come out and he determined that the fixtures had gone bad. I contacted LeonLite and communicated with Italia. I explained the situtation that I had and explained everything that I had done. I did not need all of the light fixtures replaced, just the ones that gone bad. She got back to me very quickly and talked with management and they agreed to send me replacement fixtures for the ones that had quit working. The replacements came today. This whole process only took two weeks to get resolved. I am very pleased with the service and the product and would recommend Itlalia and her team to anyone. Thank you
