I needed contacts for an upcoming wedding that is less than 2 weeks away (I procrastinated and forgot to make an order early). So, I placed an order... while I was checking a few things out and wondering if these contacts would get to me in time, Ryan (CEO) emailed me with a discount and free shipping option! This immediately gave me a great vibe of this company, I placed my order and sent him an email asking when I could expect them shipped out and if I would have them in time by any chance. He seriously went right to work and made things happen, Ryan and Mike (my rep) have been truly amazing and providing phenomenal customer service! I haven't even recieved my contacts yet but I already love this company and respect them so much for the help they provided me and the quick assistance and order! They really do treat you like family and I cannot thank them enough, I'll definitely give an update once my contacts arrive but they are expected to be here in 3 days!!! How exceptional.
