I recently needed a new prescription for my glasses and tried Lensdirect.com. I ordered online and sent in my glasses and a box was sent to me. Although the return information label was incorrect they quickly resolved the issue and I sent in my glasses. Within two weeks I received my glasses and I received exactly as described on my order. Honestly, I was so pleasantly surprised with the service! I didn't know that much about your company and sending a pair of my favorite glasses off into the unknown was nerve-wracking. However, Lens Direct was so professional - letting me know when the glasses arrived, when they were finished, etc. The glasses turned out great and again, I was nervous about what the final result would be but the prescription turned out excellent. Last time I spent around $300 updating my prescription in my favorite glasses, and needless to say for wayyyy more affordable options (and my first time getting blue light blocking ones) this was super efficient, super affordable and the results were fantastic. I will definitely be using this service again!

I ordered replacement lenses for a pair of frames that I love. The glasses have been excellent - great quality lenses, correct prescription, and fast turn around time. By the time my frames got to their warehouse, it took maybe a day or two for them to ship them back out. I love my old frames and am so happy they have a lens replacement service - it saved me a ton of money (no vision insurance). I highly recommend this site to others and will be using them again whenever my prescription changes!
