I had some miscommunication with my order that LensDirect caught before I did. I called and a really nice lady, Ileana, got right on the issue and got it straightened out. Super engaged service with a pleasant demeanor. 5 stars deserved. Now if I can just get my glasses back. :-)

Consistent good service and quality
Have sent a few pairs of glasses for lens replacement and haven't had any issues. Comes packaged really well with a case and cleaning cloth and the old lenses. They also contacted me before proceeding with one pair that was a little more delicate to ensure I wanted them to try replacing but cautioned they may be damaged. I went ahead and frames were fine. Used the chat feature with Kadesha who answered my questions quickly and was able to send pictures of the last two pairs of glasses I sent in since I couldn't remember and its not on my emails/invoices. I would continue to use for future lens replacement.

10/10. Lexie was amazing. I had an issue trying to reset my password and she quickly resolved it. The whole process was so quick and easy and she was efficient, communicative, and thorough. When the website wouldn’t work for me, I had an initial thought of “wow, i’ll never use lense direct again”, but after experiencing the customer service and lexie specifically, i am now a long term customer. Thank you!!
