Love Lens Direct....they save me a lot of money! Great customer service too!

I absolutely love this company. The customer service is amazing. I was having trouble getting me new prescription to update and after waiting a few days I called to speak to an employee. They fixed it and I saw instantly my prescription was excepted and they helped me place my order over the phone. When my order was to arrive the mail carrier placed it in the wrong mail box. I went to the post office and spoke with the carrier. The box was never located. I called lens direct the day after and they sent me a replacement box at no charge. I was so surprised. The first box never arrived but I did get the second box safely to me home. The staff was always so kind and helpful. Great service.

Fast service and great products. The same brands and quality you'll find at your optometrist without the hassle of ordering them from the store and having to go back to pick them up. I will definitely be using them again in the future.
