I love this company. I was skeptical at first as I was worried they would not do a good job or break the frames ect. I had been told by other chain stores That they would not replace lenses in existing frames as It would damage the frames. I always thought that was B.S. because they wanted to sell new frames and I was right. I am so peeved that I threw away nice frames in the past when my prescription changed. Anyway I Have sent three expensive designer frames in so far and had the Lenses replaced. Lens Direct has done an excellent Job. They are fast, process is easy, and the quality of the lenses and customer service is excellent. They have that personal touch you expect from a small business. I have started recommending them to people which is a huge compliment as I am rarely that impressed with a company. Keep up the good work!!

I had a great experience replacing my lenses with LensDirect. They have the best prices and offered all the things I was looking for in replacement lenses. They also had a great post about the precautions they’re taking for their customers and employees around COVID safety/precautions. This was a huge deal for me to see. The shipping process was very easy and quick turnout. I believe I interacted with Maya on questions around my prescription and she was very quick to respond and very helpful. The packaging was really nicely designed so it felt really nice to open it up. I’ve been recommending LensDirect to friends who need eye relating things.

Everything went as planned, from the mailing label they provided to receipt of the glasses. I ordered replacement lenses and they were perfect. I would definitely recommend this company. Rich

This the best eyeglasses company I have dealt with. After a slow start at the peak of the pandemic they got me a great pair of sunglasses and I am very satisfied. I will be back

Given the time it takes me to mail my frames and for your labs to evaluate and make the lenses, place them in my furnished frames, and ship them back out in a new case with a micro fiber cleaning cloth... my experiences have been great! Two times I've done this, and hopefully, my second pair will be on their way back to me this week, to which both experiences have been amazing. I've spoken with two account people, the first was Melissa, and now Ian. Everyone has an awesome attitude, and have provided excellent customer service. The owner contacted to make sure I was satisfied as well. Service cannot be beaten! I will definitely continue down this path for all of my prescription lens needs.
