Due to the COVID pandemic, I was unable to see my ophthalmologist for my yearly exam. I was in desperate need of contacts so I called LensDirect and explained my situation to the representative. They confirmed my prescription with my ophthalmologist and I received new contacts within the week. I have always received prompt, professional attention when speaking with LensDirect representatives. The prices are reasonable too.

I had a very positive experience with this company! I would recommend them over many competitors for the simple reason that the experience was more personalized than it normally is everywhere else. My usual physical supplier was closed due to COVID-19 so, naturally I turned to the internet to find a new supplier. I have used big names for online ordering and it’s a pain in the butt, once you make a mistake you have to call in and jump through 6 hoops and do a back flip. This company was so neat, they gave me a personal dedicated account rep I could reach with a direct line! Do direct lines even exist anymore?! YES they do! To my personal rep, ready and willing to help. Website was easy to navigate, very user friendly. I loved that my package had a thank you letter with some company history and other neat details. I recommend them 10/10 to friends, family, and strangers now!
