Difficult to describe how great they are
LensDirect deserves some sort of award for customer service. Don’t even like leaving reviews but I have to for them. Kind, inspirational, hardworking people who always put the customer first and make ordering (and editing orders) so, so easy. Not sure how else to say to go with their business if you haven’t already but I would be blown away if they treat you with anything less than 5-star service. Rarely as impressed with anything as I am with then. For contacts! I mean who ever would have thought the place from which I buy contacts would leave such an impression. Exceptional.
