Super service
Super service. I paid for expedited etc but they said it might still take a couple of weeks. I was leaving the country in less time and very anxious to have my glasses. Surprise, surprise, they came back in record time and they are very beautifully made. They responded / acted immediately, and communication was tops, letting me know every step.

They did not let me use the gift card
I bought a gift card to use on my purchase, but the checkout page didn’t let me enter it. Customer service said they could apply it manually once I placed the order, but after I gave them the order number, they claimed they couldn’t apply the gift card because I used a 20% promotion. A gift card is money. A discount shouldn’t block it. I gave up using the gift card. Update: After seeing this review, LensDirect contacted me and refunded the gift card's value. Thank you for resolving the issue.

The company quality of work is…
The company quality of work is outstanding and the response to questions when you need something else done is superb. Lense direct does high quality work with fare pricing, you can't beat that.
