I ordered contact lenses for the first time at Lensdirect and I will NEVER order from them again. Customer service doesn't help at all. I ordered lenses December 8, 2020 and I'm still waiting for some of the boxes to come. When I placed the order I called to check that the lenses were in stock and they told me yes. Turns out they were not and they just kept telling me they'd be in "soon". I received an email the day I ordered from my "dedicated account rep" and I thought I'd actually have someone to reach out to with questions. I never receive email responses or phone calls back from this person. This site is a joke. I should have stayed with the company I usually order from. Steer clear of Lensdirect if you want your lenses in less than a month. UPDATE... The CEO of LensDirect reached out to me after reading my review. He was understanding and listened to everything I had to say. Most importantly he apologized for my experience with his company and explained some of the circumstances they're facing and how they are working hard to get and keep customer loyalty. Although my first experience with Lens Direct didn't go smoothly, I was impressed by the follow up because most online companies wouldn't feel the need.

This is the third or fourth time I have ordered from Lens Direct. They saves me a lot of time and some money.

I just received my new glasses! They came so quickly and they are perfect. Customer service was top notch, answered all of my questions and walked me through the order process. I love my new blue light blocking frame. I’ve been wearing glasses for my entire life and this was the easiest, most efficient and budget friendly process for purchasing a new gorgeous frame! Highly recommend!

Love my blue light blocking glasses! My job forces me to spend way too much time in front of my computer, so my new glasses have been an eyesaver! The only problem is that my kids love the look of the frames, so they steal them from me all the time!!!
