Had a minor hiccup but Lily made it right. It was nice to have an assigned person to make sure the customer was pleased. Would use again knowing this.

I absolutely reccomend Lens Direct. I uploaded my prescription, I sent my frames in the box they sent me and in less than two weeks I had my glasses. They emailed me every step of the way. It was probably the most pleasant eyeglass purchase I've ever made. Of course they were my frames that I liked anyway, but the lenses are perfect.

I’ve used lens direct for many pair of eyeglasses over the last 3 years, and their QA, communication, and precise nature they cut and fit the lenses, are some of the reasons that I will continue to be a customer in the future. their prices are great, and their work is top-notch!!!!.....why would I ever change??

I received my distance glasses ansunglasses and I have to commend Lens Direct on their service snd quality of the glasses! Both pairs were perfect and I highly recommend them! Will now have to order progressive glasses since I was so happy with my other two pairs!!!

They had the exact products that we were looking for and they arrived in perfect condition, on time. My Aunt was worried that she would have to go to an expensive optometrist to get her contact lenses, however, LensDirect was able to utilize her current prescription and get her more of her much needed contact lenses.
