I had sent my old glasses in for new lens'. Lens Direct emailed me for my PD measurement. I contacted Nicole via their chat and she was extremely helpful and patient with me and assisted me in getting the correct measurement. She should give classes and instruction on giving great customer service. Thank you!

My contacts have been back ordered and shipment delayed for almost 2 weeks. When I contacted customer service for an update, Yasmin Preville was very quick to reply and offered a solution to at least get part of my order shipped ASAP.
