LensDirect is an excellent company. They fitted lenses to my Aviator frame in about 10 days including shipping time. Regrettably though the glasses were perfect the Rx was in error & after a reexamination & a new Rx from the Doctor they filled the new one with a perfect set of new transition photo chromic lenses including Shipping both ways at no cost to me . All thanks to Lily Deterville.

Overall 10/10 experience and recommendations for lens direct! I was very impressed to be reached out to after I placed my order, by the girl that would over see my order and keep me informed! This is definitely excellent customer service!! I was kept informed through the whole process. When I received the sunglasses back I was very happy to see that they were fixed and they look like the original lenses! The way you shipped them back in a nice carrying case was amazing! I have another pair of glasses that are scratched up on the lenses so I look forward to using you guys again!

Have worn glasses for 30 years and have bought glasses and lenses from many different companies. I will only use Lense Direct from this point on. Friendly customer service with emails and communication. The lenses I got in my pre-owned glasses are phenomenal. I couldn’t be happier with the product, price and delivery time.

Aliyah was very helpful. My contacts were auto shipped in error and to the wrong address. She took over and handled everything and gave us a credit. I have an upcoming exam which may mean an Rx change so I will reorder once that is done.
