Overall my experience with Lens Direct has been very positive. It was easy to use the site. They made it easy to enter my RX info and it was easy to send my frames. I was notified upon receipt of the frames and given updates about receipt of frames, progress of filling the lenses and an estimated deliver date which was faster than stated. I think the process was great and when I required an adjustment to the lenses, Lens Direct was very accommodating and made the adjustment easy. I'm generally suspicious of "too good to be true" internet services but I've been very happy with my experience.

I have contacts delivered automatically from this company. My regular order was in processing and set to ship the same day I realized I ran out of contacts. I emailed and asked for them to change delivery method and overnight them to me (thinking it was a small chance that would happen). To my surprise Nicole Auguste responded saying that my request had been made and my contacts were on the way! Fantastic, personal customer service.

I have ordered many lens replacements from LensDirect, and they get it right every time. Today I had an issue with an order for a pair of sunglass lenses, and it was handled and corrected right away. Yasmine was super helpful and very kind and efficient. Can't recommend them enough!

Ordered 4 pairs of lenses for frames that I had purchased from a different company and Lens Direct was able to seamlessly fill my prescriptions in all of my frames and send them back to me in a timely fashion. Both sunglasses and eyeglasses. Customer service (Angela) was excellent and very attentive when I inquired about tracking my package, and I will definitely be purchasing from them again. Highly recommend.
