I had the pleasure of dealing with Yasmin Treville this morning with regards to an order. My prescription was incorrect from my eye doctor and created and issue with my order from LensDirect. This was not there fault, and Yasmine was quick to take care of my concerns and made the process quick and easy. I was expecting more of a problem, but she handled all my questions and provided me the follow up email confirmation, and instructions, and my corrected order is already underway. I had sooo many problems with the previous place I ordered from, and even though i ended up having to cancel my order with Lensdirect, they have been incredibly helpful and efficient, especially Aliyah, she was kind and informative. A good alternative to 1-800-contacts, which I used for years before discovering LensDirect. With similar pricing but better discounts, I now have a new source for contacts. And thank you, Daisy Desir, for such great customer support!
