I notice my card was been charged and I didn't receive the contracts. So I replied to a email about the situations. I received a reply from Aliyah Henville and emailed her back to explain that I haven't received my contacts and when I received the next emailed she stated send me your address to make sure it corrected to your order can be replaced and I was so happy that I had my problems solved within a day. I want you to know that you are a great access to your company and your customers because they're some people put their customers through hell about the product they ordered online. Mia Baron handled my recent order and was highly professional, responsive and, when it looked like I might not receive my glasses in time for an upcoming trip, she monitored my order and insured it was expedited, going to far as to arrange next day delivery so I'd have them before I departed. I can't say enough good things about Mia's handling of my order. And, as always, I'm very satisfied with the finished product.

Great customer service from Yasmin. My RX showed up too light when I scanned it. Yasmin stuck with me on the process when I attached pictures of the Rx instead of the scanned document . My order was large (over $300) so Lens Direct called me to verify it. I emailed Yasmin to verify and she took care of it quickly so that my order could be processed. Lily is typically my customer service rep and does a great job as well.
