I had place an order on 07/16 I did not receive it. I was very disappointed but I contact costumer service and Aliyah Henville helped me. I got a response very fast, I couldn’t believe how fast it was. I am so relieved I’ll get my contacts soon. Aliyah was amazing, I’ve been getting my contacts with LensDirect.com and I tell friends and family about this page, I had never had an issue before and now that I did, it got solved super quick. I am very thankful, definitely a satisfied costumer.

Well, like most customers, I'd normally be writing a review to complain. However, Aliyah from LensDirect.com really hit a home run in customer service, today! Not only did she respond to my emails quickly(way faster than most companies would) but she even called me to clarify the order procedures. In 2021 where most companies are using covid as a way to excuse long wait times, delayed shipping, and even poor customer service, Aliyah and LensDirect.com are taking ownership of order issues and addressing customer questions/concerns with impressive quality and timeliness. LensDirect.com has earned my business long-term because not only have they always delivered on time and with accuracy as it pertains to my contact lenses orders but they also exceeded my expectations of customer service. Especially for an online company. For ANY company really. Most companies don't even list phone numbers anymore but here is Aliyah and LensDirect.com calling customers themselves just to make sure they are okay. Unbelievable(in a good way)! Mia and the entire LD team went above and beyond to get me a replacement order and ensure my satisfaction across multiple emails with updates, tracking numbers and confirmations. I rarely leave reviews; the level of service I received is enough to make me want to buy again the next time my peepers need to see the light!
