Used LensDirect for the first time, needing to replace lenses for a couple of frames. Overall, was pretty easy to get an account set up and use their tools for measuring and preparing for my glasses. I did have a small issue with getting the PD measure right, which was mainly because I didn’t use better lighting at first. After completing my order, I wrote LensDirect to tell them I had the updated Pd number after using their tool again with better success. The customer rep Warren was awesome, getting back to me within about a day of my request to update my order, which he was able to do without issue. Now I’m just waiting to get my updated glasses back! Appreciate the experience, LensDirect!

Excellent customer service and great prices!

I was having a problem logging in my account I had created after placing an order. I kept getting invalid email/password combination so I created another account and still was getting the same error message. I live chatted with Duval A. at LensDirect who not only fixed my account but also merged my order that I placed before creating the account. Duval A. was very understanding and is very knowledgeable. She provided great communication and customer service. I was very pleased with my interaction with her. Thank you again Duval A, YOU ROCK!!! I am one happy customer!!
