I switched from 1-800-contacts to this company because the quality of service had deteriorated. Since being with Lens Direct it has been seemlessly easy from uploading my script to having orders delivered quickly and accurately. Today I had my first issue where I ordered contacts and had been emailed a code for 20% off and free upgraded shipping. Once I placed the order I noticed the shipping had not been upgraded and sent a message. Literally within a half hour I got a response from Aliyah who apologized it had not been done, corrected it immediately and followed up to make sure everything else was satisfactory..wow! Just wow! Great customer service, excellent prices and swift resolution of issues. I could not have asked for more

Had dried contact in package when opening. Sent email with photos 2 business days later informed replacement process has begun from manufacturer. Waiting at this time to receive replacement contact. Aliyah with lens direct has been on top of issue so far thanks so much Aliyah!
