Great Customer Service! I am extremely pleased with how my situation was resolved. I had forgotten to add my 20% off digital coupon to my order and sent a message to LensDirect letting them know what had happened. I received an email from Duval letting me know that it had been resolved and I actually received 25% off my order! My issue was handled promptly and beyond what I was expecting. I will definitely be using LensDirect again and let my friends know about them. I've already referred my sister who was saying she needed to find an online store to replace her lenses.
