Efficient customer service from Duval.

I had to have an order replaced and Duval was quick and efficient in helping.

Duval was very helpful, and the best part was it took about 30 seconds to get what I needed.

Was a little leery of the whole process since I've been less than satisfied with discount eyeglass stores in my area. Needed lenses for an existing pair of frames where the lenses were ruined. The measuring process was easy on the phone. I ordered the box to send my frames in and it came quickly and my frames were off to them. They received it on the first of November and I received my new glasses on the 27th. Not bad in the midst of Covid supply and delivery issues. I like the look of my lenses. They look of high quality and don't smudge easily. The prescription is excellent. Better than my existing glasses. It looks like they did a clean up job on my frames as well as tightened them. For the price and ability to do everything from home, I recommend them. If you want something done quickly, which isn't realistic these days, then maybe find something local.

They also do one thing so much better than any other online glasses retailer. Excellent Customer Service. They earned my five star review. With their incredible Black Friday discount, I ordered another pair.
