(Alexcia) was very helpful on the chat line

Had a problem with a discount code not being applied to my purchase. When I called the 1-800 number I was told "system was down." I wondered if that was code for "Ur not gettin' ur discount." I sent a message through LensDirect's info email and Alexcia handled everything promptly and applied the discount to my purchase!

I made a call to Lens Direct about my order and Karielle did a great job of helping me with my questions.

Denise was very kind, patient and professional. She solved my issue quickly and competently.
