I called customer service and spoke…
I called customer service and spoke with Olivia mark. She was great. She looked up my old order for me (which had a change type of lens) and exlpained the change so I could place another order with the corrected information. She then sent me an email with the information I requested, gave me a coupon code and it so simple to place my next order. Thank you Olivia

A+ ... Wonderful Experience
Wonderful first time experience. Looking for sunglass lens replacement for some vintage frames I owned. Worked with Aliyah Henville who provided excellent and prompt customer service. I just completed my online order and it could not have been a more user friendly experience. Can't wait to get my finished product.
