Duval was very helpful. My contacts were on back-order and I had ordered overnight shipment and paid the extra costs for it. To remedy the situation she waived the shipping fee and gave me priority 2-day shipping, and even spoke with the billing department so I could have my card charged on file today per my request. She did her best to help me. Cheers!

Karielle was super friendly and helpful when I called about my contact lens order. My problem did not get solved due to lenses being on backorder, but she made sure that I'd get priority shipping when they do come in.

I set up an auto ship order on contact lenses that I only wanted to purchase once (special colored ones). I didn’t realize this until the next shipment was supposed to be sent. I emailed LensDirect and got a response correcting the situation and even helping me combine accounts (which I didn’t know I had more than one). Kissel was very prompt and friendly!
